Absolutely loved my stay here! The host was fantastic with communication — always super quick and helpful. The location is perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The apartment itself was so cozy, spotless, and had every little thing I could possibly need. It really felt like a home away from home. I’d happily stay here again and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

This was my second stay at Josh's place and I will gladly stay again. A gorgeously appointed unit with everything you need, in a perfect location right on lovely Rushcutter's Bay. Really enjoyed my stay. Josh and Juanita are patient and wonderful hosts.

Fantastic stay. Great location with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Josh was very responsive with any questions we had. We were accommodated with an earlier check in to help with kids naps. We would love to stay again.

Josh’s place was fabulous, we loved the apartment , the surroundings and everyone we met in the building was friendly. The area was perfect for us and we loved the restaurants by the water for breakfast. We would love to come back on our next visit to Sydney.

Had a wonderful stay at Josh and Juanita’s place. The apartment is right by Rushcutter’s Bay park- a beautiful, quiet and leafy location within easy access of local buses and trains to the centre. It’s also an easy 15 minute walk to Kings Cross where there’s plenty to see and do. The apartment is so airy and light-filled, with a large comfortable bed, excellent kitchen appliances and a well stocked bathroom. The ceiling fans are an added bonus and create a great sense of ventilation throughout the apartment. It has a little balcony with a good view of the Sydney skyline. There was some intermittent issues with the broadband due to local maintenance but Josh and Juanita were proactive in letting me know and it was a short lived problem. Highly recommended!

The penthouse had beautiful views over city from 17th floor. Tram stop almost right outside, easy walk to shopping and excellent restaurants. Close to river for picturesque walks. The apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed. A great spot

Josh’s place was really comfortable, a great place to relax with good views and very close to the CBD. He was very responsive and helpful with everything we had asked!

This flat was absolutely beautiful, the bed was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom which had an amazing shower. The little balcony is a nice addition although we didn’t get to use it because the weather was a bit rubbish during our stay. An easy to use washer and dryer with instructions given on how to use it was also very useful as this was a week into our complete trip. Responsive hosts who were friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved staying here as Rushcutters Bay park is right on your doorstep and the yacht club has a lovely hot chocolate. Highly recommend staying here as it’s easy to travel to and from the centre. Loved every minute despite the bad weather. Thanks guys 🥰
